Website purpose
This website provides general information about Lords-Gift services, office details, direct contact channels, and consultation availability. It is not a government decision, legal opinion, or assurance that a service is available or suitable for a particular case.
Consultation intake and booking
The Schedule a Consultation page uses the secure website scheduler. A time is booked only after the scheduler returns its confirmation and issues an opaque Lords-Gift reference.
A booking reserves consultation time only; it does not guarantee any service or outcome and does not create a client account, case, engagement, or payment. A confirmed website booking automatically creates an Online Inquiry for authorized staff follow-up, not an official client record. After signed transfer and acknowledgment, that restricted BOS Online Inquiry is maintained as a separate internal business record under Lords-Gift's controlled privacy and recordkeeping procedures.
Do not submit passport copies, government IDs, signatures, payment information, sensitive documents, or confidential files through the consultation booking page.
Service arrangements and fees
Service scope, responsibilities, professional or government involvement, fees, third-party charges, and estimated timing must be confirmed separately for the assessed matter. Government and third-party charges may change.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and lawful information, protect credentials, review documents before signing or filing, meet applicable deadlines, and follow official instructions. Do not submit altered, false, unlawfully obtained, or another person’s information without authority.
No assured outcome
Lords-Gift does not control decisions, systems, requirements, appointments, or processing times of government offices, courts, embassies, consulates, registries, authorized professionals, couriers, or other third parties.
External services and availability
Google Calendar, Cloudflare, the approved email sender, and other approved providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The website or an external service may be changed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual property and prohibited use
Website text, layout, and Lords-Gift brand assets may not be copied or used misleadingly. Do not attack the site, bypass controls, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, scrape abusively, or use the site for unlawful activity.
